1.Eligibility for Returns / Refunds
We accept returns and refunds only under the following conditions:
You received a damaged product in transit
The product has a manufacturing defect
You received the wrong product
2. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns if:
The product has been opened, used, or tampered with
You changed your mind or did not like the product after opening
Issues are related to personal preference (size, color, feel, etc.)

Our team will review the case and update you within 24–48 hours.
4. Refund / Replacement Process
If approved, we will offer a replacement product or a refund as per your preference.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we may request your bank account details (NEFT/IMPS transfer).
5. Conditions for Replacement
The product must be unused and in its original packaging (if return pickup is required).
All manuals, chargers, and accessories (if included) must be returned intact.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
7. Damaged / Tampered Delivery
If the package looks tampered or damaged at the time of delivery, kindly refuse to accept the parcel and immediately inform us.
