1.Discreet Packaging
All products are shipped in plain, unbranded boxes.
No product details are mentioned on the outside of the package.
Courier staff or anyone handling the parcel cannot identify what’s inside.
2. Order Processing
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
3. Delivery Time
Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Metro cities: 3–4 working days
Other locations: 5–7 working days
Remote PIN codes may take slightly longer.
4. Shipping Charges
Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
For orders below ₹999, a small standard shipping fee may apply (visible at checkout).
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available for most serviceable PIN codes.
For high-value COD orders, we may confirm the order by phone/WhatsApp before dispatch.
If a COD parcel is refused at delivery, we may restrict COD option for future orders.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.
You can check real-time status of your delivery using the tracking number.
7. Undelivered / Incorrect Address
Please provide a complete and accurate address including landmark and active phone number.
If a parcel returns due to incorrect address or repeated delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.
8. Damaged or Tampered Parcels
If your package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, kindly refuse to accept it.
Alternatively, please record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.
9. International Shipping
Currently, we do not ship outside India. Orders are fulfilled only within India.
